Silverton Wind Farm Developments
Silverton Wind Farm Developments Pty Ltd is a joint venture between EPURON Pty Ltd (“EPURON”) and Macquarie Capital Wind Fund Pty Ltd, an investment fund managed by a company part of Macquarie Group Limited (“Macquarie”) and jointly owned by Macquarie Capital Group Limited and a subsidiary of Martifer Renewables SGPS S.A (Martifer Renewables). The joint venture was established for the purpose of developing, constructing and operating the Silverton Wind Farm for electricity generation in NSW.
EPURON, formerly Taurus Energy Pty Ltd, is a NSW based renewable energy company active in the development of wind and solar projects. EPURON is a subsidiary of Conergy AG, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. EPURON develops, finances, implements and operates large-scale projects in the renewable energy market worldwide. To date, EPURON has achieved development consent for three wind energy projects in NSW and has recently lodged the development application for the Gullen Range Wind Farm near Goulburn.

At the end of 2008, Martifer Renewables is exploring Wind Farms in Germany and Brazil with a capacity installed close to 100MW.
