Silverton Wind Farm Developments Pty Ltd is a joint venture between EPURON Pty Ltd (“EPURON”) and Macquarie Capital Wind Fund Pty Ltd, an investment fund managed by a company part of Macquarie Group Limited (“Macquarie”) and jointly owned by Macquarie Capital Group Limited and a subsidiary of Martifer Renewables SGPS S.A (Martifer Renewables). The joint venture was established for the purpose of developing, constructing and operating the Silverton Wind Farm for electricity generation in NSW.
